Not Everyone comment at once

Well...it is that time of year again. That is right the 2007 Calvary Youth Auction!!! Who is excited? Ok, well I have to be because it is part of my job and as part of my job it requires me to hit up everyone I know for donations. So, since I know all of you want to help me out I thought I would post it on here and you could comment that you wanted to donate something. I have forms and such if you want to write off your donation, or if the company you work for desires to write off the donation. If you aren't in to donating an item, you can be a sponsor. There are various levels of sponsorship, with the highest being $2000.00.

I have made a list of good ideas and bad ideas that you all can use as guidelines:

Good Ideas:
Event tickets (if you or someone you know gets season tickets to anything and you want to donate a few, that would be awesome)

Hotel/timeshare

Airline tickets

Gift certificates

Nice things (not your old crap)

Use your imagination

Bad Ideas:

A free sex education demonstration

Any old furniture with stains/stenches/missing parts

Your old sony walkman

Almost anything from the 1980's.



Hopefully with the information I have given you all, you can come up with some exciting things. Save the date for May 11th 2007. If anyone needs some tickets, i'll be more than happy to get them for you.
