joff, an excellent idea. your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to convince vicki that going to see u.s. v brazil is the perfect way to celebrate our 7th aniversary. which happens to be on the 9th as well. it will be no easy task. but i know you are up to it. good luck gumshoe.
i found the link kinda funny. if by contractual and financial complications they mean that they always loose in mexico city, then i understand the reasoning why they would rather take their chances against brazil in chicago.
